Building Features

The complex will be Calgary's first urban village development. The integration of two contemporary residential condominiums with a first class office building will have a signature impact on the Beltline District. Encompassing most of a city block, the mixed use complex totals over 750,000 square feet above grade and over 800 underground parking stalls. This complex will be the largest mixed use hi-rise development outside of the downtown core.

Closer to grade, the complex will incorporate red brick and tyndall stone into the otherwise contemporary design to reflect the historical character of the neighbourhood. Pedestrian friendly plazas, landscaped areas, retail outlets and other design features, make the complex inviting, iconic and appealing to the eye.

Typical floor plate will be approximately 21,000 square feet offering virtually column free office space and a modular suspended t-bar ceiling grid at 8'10", resulting in maximum flexibility for tenant layout.
