A landscaped lane runs through the development, providing access and egress from both 11th Avenue and 12th Avenue to the building parkade, loading dock and retail stores.

Commuters have immediate access and egress on major thoroughfares without having to cope with downtown traffic. Rush hour congestion in and out of the core is easily avoidable.

Downtown is a short walk three blocks away or accessed via Stampede LRT, three blocks south of the complex. The plus 15 network via Palliser Square is only a block and a half away. The Stampede grounds, Round Up Center and future expansion amenities can be accessed one block east of the development.
